The room was decent and clean, but needed some updating. More spacious than a typical room. GREAT views. Stove in the room didn't work properly. The pools were great and just steps from the beach. Great location, but no upgrades.

We stayed at Grande Shores April 17-19, 2010, and were very pleased. Our room and the hotel were clean, the staff friendly and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. We really enjoyed the roof top pool and hot tubs. The view was great without having to actually sit on the beach and deal with heavy wind that was going on those two days. We also really liked the fact that we could park on the same level as our room, what a convenience. We will definitely be back.

01/30/2010This hotel is in desparate need of renovation. half of the lights did not work, refrigerator rusted, had to slam door when closing, etc.

The room was old and the door did not lock. The door looks like it had been busted to gain entry and never fixed properly. The toilet leaked and look like it was going to run over. The lady at the check-in was not friendly and a the cafe no one acknowledge we were even there. The pictures were very decieving. I would not recommend to anyone.
